Laura's album 'Mapping Your Dreams' is now available for download on iTunes WorldWide. Heligoland's first album 'Shift These Thoughts' is also available, the new album is due online real soon.

The new Heligoland album is out NOW! All JB Hi Fi stores have it on their shelves as do the usual great indie stores.

In the first week 2FBi added a track to rotation, 3PBS put it in their top 10, 3RRR have been spinning it heavily... since then there have been fantastic reviews in TimeOff, DrumMedia (this week), Mess+Noise magazine and an interview with Australian Music Online and the good folk at 2FBi went a step further featuring the album on "The Album Show" last week. All in all, a great first month and plenty more coming as we lead up to the album launch at the Northcote Social Club on Sunday 14th May. A Sydney launch date should be confirmed in the coming weeks.

Season have decided to call it a day... which is why the EP we said would be released by now hasn't been. A real shame to lose one of Melbourne's fantastic groups. There's still a few copies of the limited edition tour single we released at the end of last year available... If you want one email us.

Laura has been locked up in their new rehearsal/recording space working on the new album. They will be coming out to play their first show for the year really soon... details will be announced here any moment now.

A lot going on over the past month! New releases, new signings and there's a heap of new shows to announce.

Firstly, the new limited edition single from Heligoland 'Nearly Everything Is New' went out to radio last week and is available at their shows (plus a couple of local stores to be announced soon). Again, it is a limited edition release (I think there's 50 copies left for sale), featuring the radio only single 'Coming Up For Air' and the video clip for 'Nearly Everything Is New'. So if you want a copy check out the show dates for Melbourne and Sydney to the right of this page and get along to a show.

Secondly, a new signing! Really pleased to announce the addition of Season to the Alone Again. roster. They have taken their new material to a fantastically different place. We will be releasing a new EP first thing next year. But right now another limited edition single... Again, this limited edition (200 copies) single from Season will only be available at shows.

Season are on tour throughout VIC, NSW and QLD. The dates are listed with the rest on the right of this page. The single includes the new track 'Within Without' and a remix by theHEAD of 'Give Up The Ghost' (from their previous album 'Avatar').

Laura news - Only a couple of final shows left in the year before Laura pack up and start work on their new album... and the line-ups are amazing. Cup Eve at the Rob Roy with Season and International Karate - Fri Nov 11th at the new Carlton Music House (the Old Dan O'Connell) w/ Misty (new 'Underground Lovers' project) and Red Tree Band - SYD Nov 26th at the Mandarin Club w/ Because of Ghosts and Seaworthy.

Firstly, welcome to the new alone again. website. Huge thanks to Steve for doing all the work here.

In September Laura will be doing shows in Geelong (2nd), Sydney (16th), Wollongong (17th) and Melbourne (23rd). Check the gig listing for all details.

And, we are really pleased to announce the second signing to the label, Heligoland. The first single 'Coming up for air' from their new upcoming album has been sent to radio and is already receiving airplay on 3RRR, 3PBS, FBi, 2SER and ValleyFM. Heligoland have been playing around Australia for a few years now, and we are really excited about releasing what is to be their second full length album - more beautiful dark, atmospheric music lead by the amazing voice of Karen Vogt.

Heligoland are playing at the Empress Hotel in Melbourne on Saturday 10th September.
